I'll do my best to keep you satisfied but If there is a problem with your purchase, please send me an email so we can find a solution.
All precautions necessary are taken during packaging to ensure the arrival of your order in perfect condition.
In case your item is not satisfying, you can return it within 5 days of receipt. I will refund you its value (unfortunately not the shipping cost) once I have received the item and have checked that is in pristine condition. Unfortunately, the cost for shipping it back has to be paid by the costumer.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties that might be charged by their home country.
I cannot be held responsible for damages or loss of your order.
The down payment for reserving a piece can be returned within a week after payment
Payment
I accept payments through PayPal . If an item is reserved, payment is preferred within a week, but if you need a little longer please let me know so I am aware. Otherwise, the item will be re listed.
Layaway plan is also provided, please just let me know before purchase.
Shipping
I ship worldwide using Hellenic Postal Services .All the items are shipped A class always with a tracking number in order to track your package anytime .
Items will be sent 1-3 business days after payment.
Items posted to Greece usually take 3-4 working days, to Europe 7 days and to overseas countries 15 days approximately. All the items are carefully packaged in order to arrive safely to you.( Before Corona virus)
